F.O.B. Jacksonville, Florida.
Shipping method UPS prepaid(Certain shipping FOB factory or warehouse.
Orders over 75 pounds will be shipped via common carrier. UPS does
not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure the shipping address
includes a street address.)
Returns Policy
Premier Tennis Courts, Inc. will accept any returns within 30 days
of purchase less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. All returns
must be authorized by Premier Tennis Courts Inc. in writing prior
to return of shipment. Upon recipt of returned item(s), we reserve
the right to inspect for missuse and to determine whether repair,
replacement or adjustment is due.
Terms
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
credit cards. With approval credit, standard terms are net 30 Days.(credit
application below or should be upon request?) Minimum order $50.00.
There is a small order fee of $10.00 for purchases under $50.00.
There will be a 1½% per month service Charge on any unpaid
balance over 30 days. Prices are subject to change without notice.
International Ordering
To place an order you must first send the following information
via e-mail, premiertennis@BellSouth.net or fax (904)-739-5992.

and
e-mail address
- Your complete order form.
- Shipping Address.
- Payment methods accepted: Mastercard/Visa/American
Express/Discover. Wire transfer to our bank (add $15.00 transaction
fee) Money order in $USD. Check payable in $USD.

Taxes/Fees
There are no Us taxes applicable. Customer will
be responsible for any customs handling fees, duties and or taxes
applied in your country.
